when we came back, we were too busy to change back our 2k euros back to SGD.
And within 2 weeks.. it rollercoastered down to 1.8 and then 1.7..
When we went US, the exchange rate is pretty favourable at around 1.42..
when we came back... it went down steadily to a 1.27..
When i'm dying to go bangkok.. there were riots everywhere.. there is no way Hubby would allow me to go even though I pretty much couldn't care less if it is safe to travel.
And now when I'm planning for what could be our last long trip in a long long time...

Hubby asked me to think of alternatives.. but nothing much interests me now. I scrolled up and down the destination in the SIA website... my eyes just seems fixated at "Cairo" and "Johannesburg".
Am just praying now.. after the stepping down announcement.. Egypt can recover asap.
And it won't be like Bangkok.. red shirt, yellow shirt and soon maybe a new blue shirt will come out.
